In 2023, he founded Cook N Logistics, where he managed both the transportation and logistics side of container deliveries. Since then, he has personally delivered more than 800 shipping containers to satisfied customers nationwide.

After a few years on the road, Neil founded ICON Containers with a simple goal: build a business closer to home in Ohio while continuing to provide the exceptional service customers had come to expect.
